Richard Barlow HDip Tax BL LLB MBA
Born in Zimbabwe where he qualified as a Barrister, Richard extended his studies in South Africa with a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Cape Town. As Corporate Counsel to one of South Africa's largest listed groups, Richard has extensive experience in Corporate Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions for large and small businesses.
Moving to Australia in 1997, Richard became an entrepreneur successfully establishing an investment business with interests in logistics and supply chain management and corporate advisory.
He is head of Onyx Corporate Australia and sits on the Advisory Board of British Isles-based Onyx Worldwide Holdings PCC Ltd.

Richard Pople MA (Oxon)
Richard Pople was born in the United Kingdom. After studying chemistry at Oxford he moved to South Africa in 1981. An accomplished entrepreneur, he founded Sensormatic South Africa prior to becoming a founder of JSE-listed DNA Supply Chains in 1999.
In 2010 he founded BCMS Xigo, which became one of the largest agencies in the global BCMS network. He was also instrumental in setting up BCMS Australia with Richard Barlow. He is now Chairman of the Board of Deal Leaders Africa and his experience at BCMS Xigo and Deal Leaders

Stephen Conradie BL LLB MBA
Stephen Conradie was a founder of XPS Services, the non-listed company of the year in South Africa in 1990. Also a founder and Executive Chairman of Johannesburg Stock Exchange-listed DNA Supply Chains, Stephen is an advisor to Onyx Worldwide Holdings PCC Ltd, sitting on a number of Boards in the UK and South Africa.
He has worked with Richard Barlow since 1997 to help build the Australian businesses with significant success.
